McClanahan, Jr., Surveyor, dated August 15, 1980. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to restrictions of record in Misc. Record book 9, page 555, Register's Office for Blount County, Tennessee, and to all applicable easements and building setback lines which may be shown of record. BEING the same property conveyed to Albert Glenn and wife, Della L. Glenn by Warranty Deed of record dated July 7, 1992 in Warranty Book 539, Page 778 in the Register's Office for Blount County, Tennessee. Map and Parcel 037K-68-C Said sale will be for 10% of the purchase price at the time of sale, and the balance to be paid in cash, and said sale to be closed, within thirty (30) days of the confirmation and approval of said sale by the Court.
