IN THE MATTER OF: JOB CARDIN, d.o.b: 04/18/2019 A CHILD UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE ORDER OF PUBLICATION It appearing to the Court that the whereabouts of the Respondent, ISAIAH HILL, are unknown and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence; that Mr. Hill is known to reside in the vicinity of Blount County; and that the Department has attempted to serve him through private personal process, it is, therefore, ORDERED that Respondent be served by publication of the following notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Daily Times a newspaper of general circulation published in Maryville TN. It is further ORDERED that if Respondent ISAIAH HILL does not enter an appearance or otherwise answer the petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon Respondent by filing the same with the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Blount County, Tennessee. NOTICE ISAIAH HILL The State of Tennessee, Department of Childrens Services, has filed a Petition seeking to restrain contact between you and your child. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are, therefore, ordered to respond by filing an Answer to the Petition for Restraining Order or to appear on the date of the next hearing. A copy of the Petition may be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court of Blount County, Tennessee, at 391 Court St, Maryville, TN 37804. This notice will be published for four consecutive weeks. The last date of publication will be November 29, 2019. Your court date is December 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom A.
