BEING the same property conveyed to Marilyn Walker Pharr, Diane Elizabeth Walker and John David Walker, Jr. as equal tenants in common by Quitclaim Deed dated February 16, 2022 of record in Book 2692, page 2161 in the Register’s Office for Blount County, Tennessee;together with the property conveyed by Quitclaim Deed of Walker Properties, LLC dated August 31, 2022 and recorded October 19, 2022 at Record Book 2722, page 1512 in the Register’s Office for Blount County, Tennessee.
