“Canning College: Preserving the Holiday Season” is a University of Tennessee/Tennessee State University Extension program. Learn how to preserve apple chutney and spicy cranberry salsa.
Registration is $25. The deadline to register is Dec. 5. The class will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, at Blount County Operation Center, 1219 McArthur Road, Maryville.
