Nov. 9: A benefit supper for Lenny and Debbie Mason will take place from 5-7:30 p.m. Dinner will be soup, chili or beans and fixings. There will also be a dessert auction. Proceeds will go to help the Masons with medical expenses.

Unity Christian Church, 721 S. Everett High Road, Maryville

Nov. 13: A free dinner will be served from 5-6 p.m. The menu will include white beans, kraut/wieners, coleslaw, cornbread, dessert and drink. All are welcome.

Cold Springs Community Club, 616 Cold Springs Road, Walland

Nov. 9: Monthly gospel singing will be held. Food and desserts will be available for purchase at 5 p.m. and the singing starts at 6:30 p.m. Host group Crossroads will sing along with Heaven’s Highway. Nonperishable food items will be collected to be distributed by Keeble’s Chapel Baptist Church on Nov. 16 at the club.

Nov. 10: The church will celebrate Pastor Richard A. Turney’s 26th anniversary. Pastor Darryl Arnold and church family will be guests at 4 p.m. Light meal will follow the service.

Nov. 11-13: Minister Nicholas Jones will be the guest speaker. He is from Riverview Baptist Church in Lenoir City. Services begin at 7 p.m. each day. Music will be provided by Jules Jackson-Smith (Monday), Riverview Baptist Church (Tuesday) and combined choirs of Bethel Baptist and Mother Love (Wednesday).
