The Tellico Community Players Readers Theater production of “All the King’s Women” will run Thursday-Saturday, June 8-10, at the Tellico Community Playhouse, 304 Lakeside Plaza, Loudon.

Reserved seats are $21 and available at the website, www.tellicocommun ityplayhouse.org. Written by Luigi Januzzi, “All the King’s Women” is a fast-paced series of comedic plays and monologues based on the life of Elvis as told through the eyes of 17 women and three men.

“Some of the women are enthralled, some are appalled, but all are obsessed,” said Director Lyn Cozadd.

“The action goes from Tupelo, Miss., where for his birthday, 11-year-old Elvis wanted a .22 rifle instead of a guitar to The Steve Allen Show, from Pres. Nixon’s office to Andy Warhol’s studio, from Cadillac salesmen to Graceland guards, this is a touching bring-the-family comdey that is both funny and nostalgic.”

Ku Adams and Doris Ryan will assist Cozadd in directing this production. Susan Gingrich is the show’s producer.
