On June 1, the Second Annual Flatwater Tales Storytelling Festival presents the magic of three performances by three world-class tellers, Carmen Agree Deedy, Bil Lepp and Bobby Norfolk. This year, the event will be held at the Historic Grove Theatre in Grove Center, Oak Ridge. The tellers will present different stories at each show. The performances are from 10 a.m. to noon (family show); from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

At 10 a.m., the day begins with a family show with special family pricing. For $30, a family of two adults and two school-age children (ages 5-18) can attend. Free craft activities will be offered for children from 9 to 10 a.m.

Flatwater Tales continues the day with two different shows. Each show features different stories. Tickets are $25 per seat for a single show. For a limited time, the Early Bird Festival price is $40 per seat for both the afternoon and evening shows All tickets are open seating.
