Stephanie Myers, daughter of Michael and Wanda Myers, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Charles Butler, son of Billy and Wanda Butler, of Lenoir City, April 23 at Wilder Chapel at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center in Townsend. The Rev. David Latham officiated.
Wendy Kovacic, of Lusby, Md., was matron of honor. Ring bearers were Benjamin Kovacic, of Lusby, Md., and Will Butler, of Lenoir City.
Billy Butler Sr., of Lenoir City, was best man. Billy Butler Jr., of Lenoir City, was groomsman.
A reception was held at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center in Townsend.
After a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple are living in Lenoir City.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Maryville High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and technical writing. She is employed with Vanquish Worldwide in Maryville as a technical editor.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Lenoir City High School and a 2007 graduate of the Blount County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Training Academy. He is employed with the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office as a school resource officer and DARE instructor.
