Emily Kate Fain, daughter of Buddy and Leesa Fain, of Sevierville, was united in marriage with Eric Daniel Lynch, son of Donna and Steve Michels, of Friendsville, Aug. 13 at French Broad Valley Baptist Church, Kodak. The Rev. Floyd Powell officiated.
Molly Anne Hungerford was matron of honor and Kelly Hertzel was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were August Greer, Kayla Weakley, Melanie Kirby, Millicent Dunn, Megan Nugent, Janalyn Patterson, Mackenzie Camenisch, Cheyenne Barnes and Adelyn Bryson, all of Tennessee, and Jordan Bumgarner, of North Carolina.
Flower girls were Courtney Walsh, Trinity Butterworth, Kynnedi Ellison and Gracie Butterworth. Ring bearers were Isaiah Tillman, Caden Blevins, John Lambert and Lucas Lynch.
Bobby Lynch, of West Sand Lake, N.Y., brother of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Wes Vandee, Robbie Tillman, Tim Hungerford, Aaron Fain, all of Tennessee, and Marquis Pair, of South Carolina.
A reception was held at Happily Ever After at the Barn, Kodak.
The couple are living in Seymour.
The bride received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 2016 from Maryville College. She is pursuing a Master of Arts in school counseling from Johnson University. She is employed as a preschool teacher at Hilltop Child.
The bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed at Blalock and Sons.
