Shelby Walker and Johnathan McCulla

Shelby Walker, of Friendsville, daughter of Rob and Michel Walker, of Friendsville, was united in marriage with Johnathan McCulla, of Channahon, Ill., son of Jimmy and Sharon McCulla, of Maryville, May 9 at Dara’s Garden. Dr. Jerry Russell officiated.

Robi Kristine Walker, of Friendsville, was maid of honor and Ciera Quiett, of Maryville, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Walker, Kristen Walker, Samantha McCulla, Morgan Best and Kyla Smitherman, all of Maryville.

Sofia McCulla, of Maryville, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.

Jaxon and Jace McCulla, of Maryville, nephews of the bridegroom, were ring bearers.

Jimmy McCulla, of Maryville, father of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Cody Russell, Chris Large, Shawn Wichert, Jordan McCulla, Ben Davis, and Nick Long, all of Maryville. Ushers were David Walker and Eric Walker, both of Maryville.

A reception was held at Dara’s Garden.

After a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple are living in Channahon, Ill.

The bride attended East Tennessee State University. She is employed at Grand Dental.

The bridegroom attended the University of Tennessee, majoring in electrical engineering. He is employed at Exelon Corporation.
