Erin Ashley (Gandy) and Jeremiah Matthew Stache

Erin Ashley Gandy, daughter of Les and Teresa Gandy, of Darlington, S.C., was united in marriage with Jeremiah Matthew Stache, son of Richard and Priscilla Stache, of Louisville, Oct. 3 at Black Creek Baptist Church, Darlington, S.C. William Driver III officiated.

Amanda O’Bryan, of Mooresville, N.C., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lindsey Core, of Birmingham, Candie Rose, of Raleigh, N.C., Amelia McNeilly of Casar, N.C., Koral Stache, of Knoxville, sister of the bridegroom, and Karly Stache, of Knoxville, sister of the bridegroom.

Madelyn Gandy, of Surfside Beach, S.C., was flower girl.

Richard Stache, of Louisville, father of the bridegroom, was best man. Groomsmen were Jacob Kondo, of Austin, Texas, Jeremy Jones, of Phillipsburg, Kan., Jarred Cook, of LaGrange, Ky., Aaron Smith, of Richmond, Ky., Jordy Gandy, of Surfside Beach, S.C., brother of the bride.

A reception was held at Prestwood Country Club, Hartsville, S.C.

After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple are living in New Windsor, N.Y.

The bride is a graduate of Francis Marion University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Alcoa High School. He is also a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, the University of Tennessee and Missouri University of Science and Technology and is pursuing a Ph.D. in geotechnical engineering from Mississippi State University. He is employed as an instructor of civil engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
