A 41-year-old Maryville woman pleaded guilty Friday to probation and sex offender registry violations.

Judge David Duggan sentenced Heather Marie Crampton to three years, including two to be served on probation.

She also must pay a $600 fine.

Crampton, Lora Drive, was convicted of sexual assault with the intent to commit penetration in 2000 in Michigan and is classified as a violent offender who is a risk to children.

She pleaded guilty to failing to report a new employer to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation sex offender registry within 48 hours.

The employer, a restaurant, also was located within 1,000 feet of a day-care facility.

Crampton, who pleaded as a two-time offender, also pleaded guilty to failing to register a social media account.
