US Pacific territory will need help to recover from typhoon

Residents of the Northern Mariana Islands face months without electricity or running water after the strongest storm to hit any part of the U.S. this year. Super Typhoon Yutu crossed the U.S. territory Thursday, with 180 mph top sustained winds. (Oct. 25)
