The Board of Education will have a called work session at 5 p.m. Monday, June 17, in the Harry B. “Mickey” McClurg Board Room of the Alcoa City Schools Education Building.

The Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, in the Harry B. “Mickey” McClurg Board Room of the Alcoa City Schools Education Building.

The Regional/Municipal Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 20, in the municipal building’s commission chambers.

The agenda includes (i) requests for preliminary and final plat approvals for (a) plat four (4) lots and future right-of-way area for the relocation of Alcoa Highway, 4051 Singleton Station Road (former Pine Lakes Golf Course Property); (b) replat two (2) lots, 3341 Old Knoxville Hwy and 3328 Oak Hill Drive (Hedberg and Trademark Properties), and (c) replat one (1) lot into four (4) lots, Tesla Boulevard (Springbrook Farm Development); (ii) miscellaneous requests for (a) rezone Tax ID 027F A 025.00, 3410 Williams Mill Road, Planned Residential Unit Development District “C-1” to Limited Restriction District “I” (Jeremy and Tabatha Nichols); (b) future land use plan/map amendment for former Pine Lakes Golf Course (Gregory T. Smith/By Owner Request); (c) annex a portion of Tax ID 018 082.00, located off Singleton Station Road, former Pine Lakes Golf Course Property (Gregory T. Smith /By Owner Request), and (d) zoning assignments for a portion of Tax ID 018 082.00, located off Singleton Station Road, former Pine Lakes Golf Course Property (Gregory T. Smith /By Owner Request); (iii) concept plan approval for (a) detached single-family residential units, located along Mills Street (Springbrook Farm Development); (iv) site plan approval for (a) revised site improvements for an office building, 1402 Topside Road (former TVA Lab Property). A briefing will be held at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, also in the municipal building.
