With the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency asking for comments on its 2022-2023 hunting season regulations, public input could turn into regulatory change. Members of the public can send their thoughts on current and potential rules to TWRA staff, per a state media release.
From that point, the release states, the comments or suggestions could be used in presentations to the Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission, which sets Tennessee's hunting season.
Those interested in submitting a comment may do so by mailing their suggestions to Hunting Season Comments, TWRA, Wildlife and Forestry Division, 5107 Edmondson Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 or by emailing twra.huntingcomments@tn.gov. The release requests that commenters use “Hunting Season Comments” in the subject line of relevant emails.
