• Davious Shawma Stinnett, 18, Madisonville, was arrested by the Fifth Judicial Drug Task Force at 8:05 p.m. April 6 and charged with possessing Schedule VI drugs. He was released on a $10,000 bond pending a 9 a.m. hearing April 14 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Vickie Ann Quillen, 55, Bays Mountain Road, Rockford, was arrested by Blount County Sheriff’s deputies at 11:28 p.m. April 6 and charged with simple possession/casual exchange and two counts of the manufacture/delivery/sale of Schedule I-VII drugs. She was being held on bonds totaling $51,500 pending a 1:30 p.m. hearing April 12 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Sparkle La Crisha King, 19, Red Hill Drive, Louisville, was arrested by Blount County Sheriff’s deputies at 12:47 a.m. April 7 and charged with domestic violence with aggravated assault. She was being held on a $15,000 bond pending a 9 a.m. hearing April 15 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Robert Hinson, Greenway Drive, Maryville, reported at 3:31 p.m. April 6 that someone stole the license plate from his 2007 Ford Taurus while he was shopping at Rural King, 945 McCammon Ave., Maryville.

Alcoa

• Marquez L. Williams, Alcoa Highway, Alcoa, reported at 6:33 p.m. April 6 that someone stole $400 cash after he briefly left it at an ATM at KenJo Market, 3012 Alcoa Highway, Alcoa.

Citations

• William Maddaford Price, 18, Knoxville, was cited by Alcoa Police officers at 2:42 a.m. April 7 and charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI substance. Price had marijuana in his pocket, and officers found more marijuana in his vehicle, an incident report states.

Vandalism

Maryville

• An employee at the Blount County Chamber of Commerce, 201 S. Washington St., Maryville, reported at 2:21 p.m. April 6 that several items were strewn on the building’s back patio, a blade had been ripped off a patio fan and there appeared to be dried blood on the patio. An officer found a black cloth bag with a capped syringe in it, an incident report states.

• Larry Allen Storie, Old Knoxville Pike, Maryville, reported at 3:12 p.m. April 6 that someone broke into his vacant house through the basement window and sprayed obscenities on the basement walls and door with spray paint; they also tampered with his tools.
