Arrests

• Phillip Quattrochi, 32, Harriman, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. Sept. 11 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with felony probation violation. He was being held without bail pending a 9 a.m. hearing Sept. 16 in Blount County General Sessions Court. 

• Alexander Craig Martin, 25, Knoxville, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Set. 11 by Alcoa Police officers and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injury, failure to use due care and caution, simple possession or casual exchange of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and texting while driving. Officers responded to a multiple vehicle accident on East Lincoln Road at North Wright Road for a hit and run. They found Martin at First Tennessee Bank, East Broadway Avenue, and detained him. He admitted he had been looking at his phone when the accident happened and had smoked marijuana before driving. He also told them he had thrown marijuana and a glass pipe in a storm drain at the scene of the accident before he fled. Officers found the pipe and a green, leafy substance in the storm drain Martin referred to. He was released Sept. 12 on a $2,000 bond pending a 1:30 p.m. hearing Sept. 16 in Blount County General Sessions Court. 

• Brian Keith Fernandez, 49, Chilhowee View Road, Maryville, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 11 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with felony probation violation. He was being held without bond pending a 9 a.m. hearing Sept. 16 in Blount County General Sessions Court. 

• Michael Kurt Roddy, 33, McGhee Road, Maryville, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Sept. 11 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search. Bond and hearing information weren't provided.

Charged with contempt of court:

• Marvin Dewayne Hill Jr., 44, Knoxville; also charged with violation of probation
