Arrests

• Thomas Bradford Gray, 58, Farris Road, Maryville, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. May 11 and charged with two counts of domestic violence with aggravated assault. He was being held on bonds totaling $10,000 pending 9 a.m. hearings May 16 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Devin Russell Strickland, 23, Williams Mill Road, Rockford, was arrested at 6:07 p.m. May 12 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with felony probation violation. He was being held without bond pending a 9 a.m. May 17 hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court.  

• Douglas Ray Treece, 26, Kidd Avenue, Maryville, was arrested by Blount County Sheriff's deputies at 11:29 p.m. May 12 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $3,000 pending 9 a.m. hearings May 17 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Charles Wayne Richardson, 54, Morningside Avenue, Maryville, was arrested at 7:12 a.m. May 13 by Maryville Police and charged with theft from auto greater than $1,000 after an officer spotted a 2004 silver Ford Escape double parked against a shopping cart receptacle at Food City, 2135 E. Broadway Ave. A license tag check confirmed the auto was reported stolen. Richardson told officers he had taken the vehicle several months ago from a former roommate without returning it, according to reports. Police were unable to reach the owner on Monday. He was released on a $2,500 bond May 13 pending a 1:30 p.m. May 20 hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Jason Yeagley Albright, 38, Watkins Road, Maryville, was arrested at 7:12 a.m. May 13 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with two counts of identity theft. He was released May 14 on bonds totaling $13,000 pending 1:30 p.m. May 20 and 9 a.m. May 21 hearings in Blount County General Sessions Court. 

• James Jack Anderson, 59, Park Drive, Maryville, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. May 13 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with simple assault. He was released May 14 on a $2,500 bond pending a 9 a.m. May 21 hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Jerry Zeppelin Rauhuff, 28, Long Hollow Road, Maryville, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. May 13 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with felony probation violation and failure to appear. He was being held without bond on the probation charge pending 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. May 20 hearings in Blount County General Sessions Court; bond was set at $750 for the contempt charge.  

• Nicky Lynn Sweat, 32, Watson Drive, Maryville, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. May 13 by Blount County Sheriff's deputies and charged with identity theft. She was being held on a $7,500 bond pending a 9 a.m. hearing May 21 in Blount County General Sessions Court.

• Paul James Rusnock, 28, Carrs Creek Road, Townsend, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. May 13 by Alcoa Police officers and charged with shoplifting and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held on a $1,000 bond for the theft charge pending a 1:30 p.m. May 22 hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court; bond and hearing information on the drug charge was unavailable.

• Stacey Lynn Henderlight, 48, Highway 411, Vonore

• Teresa Gail Poe, 55, North Cunningham Road, Seymour

• Shawn Thomas Stuart, 42, Knoxville

• Troy Lee Merrill, 29, Calderwood Highway, Maryville; also charged with two counts of violation of pretrial release
