Maryville College's Director of Golf Ron Waters will retire at the end of this month.

Waters also was instrumental in starting the Maryville women's program.

He also was a teacher and coach at Heritage High School for 30 years. He coached the golf teams for 12 years and earned coach of the year honors on four occasions.
